👑 Job Role

• Involve in e-commerce category operation, mainly operation activity and key account merchant management
• Negotiate with merchants over SKU price and project collaboration, amplify merchants' participation in sales promos to achieve mutual growth, while sharing advice on promo optimization
• Execute and optimize marketing activities on Akulaku e-commerce platform through ads and other new projects
• Maintain communication with both internal & external partners
• Acquire brands and merchants then participate in incubation of merchants

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, any major
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in category operation or managing e-commerce projects (like campaign/promotion)
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal), Mandarin would be an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills
• Can use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Good project management and problem-solving
• Responsible person with capability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Quick to learn market trends
