Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for overall country operations for Trade Credit Insurance

2. Lead local business development activities with key business partners (ie. brokers, fronters and banks);

3. Maintain effective and productive relationships with key external (ie. regulator and  industry bodies) and internal (ie. Regional office / other business units in Allianz) stakeholders

4. Work in collaboration with cross-unit and cross-department to achieve project’s goal.

5. Demonstrates leadership qualities by effectively managing, engaging, and developing the local sales and risk team to resolve challenges

Job Requirements:

1. Solid experience in B2B sales and marketing from insurance, banking or credit management industries. Direct experience in trade credit insurance a plus.

2. Strong track record of building sustainable and profitable business through managing a sales team.

3. Ability to build extensive local network.

4. Strategic insights of country and industry knowledge

5. Strong communication and influencing skills

6. Bachelor's degree any major
