Who we are looking for

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with proven leadership and team management skills. (Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred)
- English proficiency at level C1.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.
- High motivation and focus on results.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

- Establishing operational procedures
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients, as well as developing relationships to attract them.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborating with the marketing department and other departments to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Motivating and inspiring the sales team to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Staying updated on the latest real estate trends in Bali.
- Mentoring and training new sales managers.
- Representing the company at industry events.

Work conditions

- Competitive salary and bonus structure. Income starting from $10,000. Base salary of $3,000 + 0.5% of the sales department's income.
