Inventory Control Associate

Vista Musical Instruments is an innovative, global collective of music-related brands dedicated to building meaningful products and experiences for the music community. Brands include MONO, Teisco, Harmony, Heritage Guitars, Dawsons, and Swee Lee. Vista Musical Instruments is headquartered in Singapore, with operations in USA, UK and APAC, and is a division of Caldecott Music Group.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible to check daily report from 3PL vendor and compare with ERP system.

2. Check stock at warehouse once a month and random sampling stock take.

3. Work together with our 3PL vendor to do the Stock take Monthly and Annually.

4. Ensure our ERP Inventory is controlled with no discrepancies against our 3PL WMS.

5. SKU Update, SKU Creation, Reclasssification from normal SKU into BSTK.

6. Responsible to raise purchase order creation, sales order and Goods Receipt

7. Coordinating and Reconcile with 3PL vendor if there is any inventory issue on Warehouse.

8. Documenting administration on google sheet and google drive.

9. Ensure all communications with our vendors are handled in a prompt and professional manner, and ensure shared

objectives are met.

Requirements

1. Minimum D3/S1 in all majors.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in a Inventory Control department.

3. Fresh Graduates are welcome and highly encouraged to apply.

4. A strong strategic thinker and problem solver.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

6. Required Language (s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

7. Independent in reconcile the stock take report at our warehouse with minimum supervision.

8. IT skills required: Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

9. Assertive, able to work under pressure, and positive outlook.

10. Willing to be mobile to our warehouse at Cilincing monthly and annually
