We’re looking for a Jr. Presales Associate, Global Key Accounts to be at the forefront of driving our enterprise solutions to new heights!As a vital member of our Commercial - Cross-border team, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying the success of our Ready Talent product by scaling its recurring revenue.

The mission of this role is to facilitate enterprise solution customization, empower our sales team with effective sales enablement practices, and secure more deals. Your expertise lies in understanding unique requirements of our enterprise customers and sculpting tailor-made solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team across different regions; Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc., to understand customer requirements and customize enterprise solutions accordingly
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and responses to customer inquiries, showcasing the value of the solutions
  • Support the sales team in addressing customer concerns or objections, ensuring a smooth sales process
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition
  • Create sales collateral, competitive intelligence analysis, and tools to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with product development, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Continuously improve pre-sales processes and gather customer feedback for enhancements
  • Achieve measurable outcomes such as increased solution adoption, improved conversion rates, and reduced sales cycle duration
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain technical expertise
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
Who We Are Looking For
  • Sales Skills and Track Record : 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets; Sales experience in Recruitment, Human Resources or Consulting industry is highly preferred
  • Customer Handling and English Communication : Handle challenging situations with a customer-centric approach, exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service; Strong English communication skills to understand and address customer needs, both verbal and written
  • Project Management : Efficiently manage project budgets, timelines, and resources; Experienced in managing stakeholders and issue resolution in group projects; Proficient in providing regular reporting and maintaining effective communication channels with senior stakeholders; Proven experience in generating pipelines using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) or similar tools, showcasing your ability to navigate and utilize these platforms efficiently
  • Collaboration & Relationship Building : Possess strong stakeholders management and demonstrating effective communication and negotiation skills; Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex problems and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Critical Thinking : Able to solve complex problems logically, identify patterns, and generate insights to inform decision-making effectively with strong attention to detail
  • Solution-Oriented Approach : Expected to provide consultative sales solutions tailored to customer needs, consistently delivering compelling value propositions.
