The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end process of P&L from strategic planning to execution (projection, modeling, execute, monitor, and resolve issue within the execution)
• Leverage all data and work with related stakeholders to analyze overall performance and identify levers for improvements
• Align with functional teams for Objective Key Result (OKR) planning and monitoring, resource allocation and optimization
• Identifying new business potential, running experiments, conducting analysis of competitors, partners, business models to have higher revenue potential
• Project management for ad hoc projects for business growth and profitability focus

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in combination of finance and sales experience
• Have working experience in ecommerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plus
• Having knowledge and experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Finance Modelling and Forecasting would be a plus.
• Strong analytical skill and good with number and business sense
• Familiar with Excel and Powerpoint, know SQL is a plus
• Passionate team player with leadership potential and good communication skills
