Placement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Liaising and build great relationship with Insurance company and sales team.
• Lead and managing the team to do insurance placement/client's renewal insurance needs for all insurance products requested. 
• Ensure quotation process and negotiating the terms, benefit, and commission with Insurance company and Sales team.
• Timely reconciliation of each account. 
• Prepare report.
• Achieved for revenue target
• etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from reputable University. 
• Experience as a Placement in Insurance Broker Company or experience in underwriting property, heavy equipment or engineering, etc at least 4 - 5 years. 
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a plus.
• Good in Microsoft Excel, word and power point. 
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team.
