Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and train sales team in order to improve team’s knowledge and sales skill
• Gather and analyze insight on sales situation to create a spot-on learning materials
• Collaborate with other related divisions to deliver best coaching program

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• A fast-learner and tech-savvy
• Analytical Thinker and observant is a must
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in SaaS/Tech company is a plus. 
• Experience in coaching/training/mentoring is a plus 
• Comfortable and confident speaking to senior executive
