About The Job: Euronet is in search of an experienced and motivated Systems Engineer proficient in Linux environments to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems, with a focus on virtualization and cloud infrastructure. As a Systems Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the robustness, scalability, security, and alignment of both our internal and client IT infrastructures with business objectives. Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers in a high-availability (HA) environment.
* Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
* Monitor the health of Linux servers using both automated and manual methods.
* Design, develop, and implement infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools utilizing scripts such as BASH and PowerShell.
* Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades.
* Manage software repositories and apply software updates. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience working with Linux operating systems, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
* Proficiency in automation technologies such as Ansible.
* Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments.
* Strong scripting skills for task automation.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
