Talent Acquisition & People Partner

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & People Partner to join our People & Culture team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead talent acquisition efforts, partner closely with senior management on our people strategy, and manage the full employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.

As a Talent Acquisition & People Partner each day, you'll be…

• Lead all aspects of talent acquisition, including workforce planning, employer branding, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop comprehensive talent strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Handle end-to-end employee experience, including onboarding, movement, performance management, organizational structure, talent management, employee engagement, learning & development, industrial relations, retention, and offboarding.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to leaders and managers on people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
• Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance HR processes and programs.

What we would like you to have…

• Minimum 5 years of HRBP/People Partner experience, including recruitment for tech and non-tech roles.
• Strong grasp of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, assessment, and employer branding.
• Capable of negotiating and facilitating effectively with stakeholders to achieve agreements aligning with organizational goals, while also addressing employee needs.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits principles for employee inquiries and providing basic guidance on reward structures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to align people's initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• HR certification is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.
