Job Descriptions

1. Execute classes to achieve high quality business target & strategies both for Agent and Leaders

2. Measure & monitoring result or impact of training/classes

3. Develop high quality training modules for both Agent and Leaders

4. Provide agency training team performance report to ensure the achievement of their operational target (SLA)

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree any major

2. Deep knowledge about delivery training and curriculum training design

3. Have minimum 3 years experience in handling training and people development area.

4. Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
