Join our rapidly expanding team as the Head of Sales where you will lead our sales division towards remarkable revenue achievements and market leadership in AI solutions for finance enterprise law firms and government sectors. We are seeking a visionary sales leader with a proven track record in highstakes environments to cultivate strategic relationships and drive our sales operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain a solid sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Recruit mentor and lead a highcaliber sales and presales team to ensure toptier performance and career growth.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with Clevel executives across key sectors enhancing business opportunities and client satisfaction.
• Formulate and execute innovative sales strategies that underscore our products as leading solutions for the legal and finance industries.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate client feedback and align product offerings with market demands.
• Represent our company at key industry events and conferences to elevate brand presence and forge new business links.
• Analyze market trends and sales performance to continually refine and optimize the sales strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in sales in IT software product especially with substantial experience in legal technology finance or professional services.
• Demonstrated success in building and steering highperformance sales teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the legal industrys challenges and client needs.
• Exceptional skills in communication negotiation and highstakes presentations.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
