We are an integrated and independent full-service agency, specialized in developing creative brand communication and media buying for both digital and conventional channels with data-driven performance. Founded in 2017 in Berlin with Indonesia as its APAC hub, Leverate Group is a young and fast growing company that provides bespoke strategies with global expertise, executed locally. 👑 Job Role

• Determine how best to represent a concept visually
• Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
• Working on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
• Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style
• Maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables
• Develop detailed budgets and timelines
• Editing the final results for presentation to the client
• Present designs to clients for approval

⛩️ Requirements

• At least 3 year experience in the same position
• A good understanding of creative design and layout
• Preferable to have skill in motion, .gif and cinemagraphs
• Able to build creative and unique ideas
• Have a good skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good in leadership
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work well as part of a team, with a range of people
• Be able to work under pressure also in tight deadlines
