• Develop overall marketing programs for assigned product category line in order to contribute to the achievement of sales target
• Build category strategy and effective plan to achieve business, and growing brand equity in the meantime
• Conduct product category analysis to align emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes
• Set tactical marketing plans, product development projects with clear KPI for assigned product category
• Lead category development projects and work with internal stakeholders to ensure the smoothly product category supply

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling product category marketing preferable from FMCG or Cigarette Industry
• Understands product category cycle management, life-cycle improvement and marketing innovations
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to negotiate, persuade and influence related 3rd parties
• Active FOOM user
