Job Responsibility Assistant Director of Food and Beverage:

Job Description

• Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
• Purchase and control of inventory
• Monitor revenues and expenses
• Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the dining facility
• Reviewing customer feedback to determine areas of improvement for the dining experience

Work Experience

• At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal is required.
• Strong guest relations and problem solving abilities.
