Assistant Legal Manager - Waterpark

Nestled in the heart of Bali, our family park offers a unique blend of natural beauty, adventure, and entertainment. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all our guests. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Legal Manager to join our dynamic team.

Assistant Legal Manager Position Overview:
The Assistant Legal Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our family park operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong legal acumen and excellent communication skills to support various legal functions within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance: Monitor and ensure the park’s compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to minimize risks and protect the park’s interests.

Advisory Services: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to management on a wide range of issues including labor laws, environmental regulations, and commercial agreements.

Dispute Resolution: Assist in handling disputes, negotiations, and litigation matters, working closely with external legal counsel when necessary.

Policy Development: Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
