👑 Job Role

• Manage industrial relations within the factory.
• Maintain communication with laborers.
• Oversee the recruitment process from operator level to managerial level.
• Monitor and manage all HR-related work processes.
• Handle the settlement of employee cases.
• Conduct counseling sessions for employees in the factory.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Law.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Experience working in manufacturing, with a preference for a background in garment manufacturing.
• 5-7 years of experience in the same field.
• Understanding of labor law and mastery of industrial relations.
• Experience in handling recruitment processes.
• Experience in handling BPJS (TK & Kes).
• Have knowledge related to compliance in the garment industry.
• Willing to be placed in Cileungsi.
