Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Asst. Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for technology and sales, ready to contribute to the company's success in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Help in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, requirements, and expectations.
  • Assist in conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Netweb's IT solutions and offerings.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzing sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the IT market.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the IT Sales Manager and senior management.
  • Monitor and update CRM system or sales management tools with accurate and up-to-date information on sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in IT sales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
