👑 Job Role

• Plan, direct, and control all operations within the service area of the branch in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost-effective branch operation and market services to customers by organizing and directing staff in providing in-depth account representation in an effort to meet and/or exceed targeted objectives.
• Have an experience in selling domestic and international services.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Develop network and cooperation with internal and external parties.
• Review and analyse sales performance and achievement.
• Keep abreast with industry development and update of sales systems and ensure all procedures and policies updated.

⛩️ Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): Selling Skills, Leadership Skill.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in International/Domestic Express, Land, Sea, and Air Freight Industry.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• Experience in handling branches operations.
• Knowledge of express and distribution industry.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal).
• Computer literate on Microsoft Office application.
• Strong planning, organizing, negotiation, and presentation skill.
• Applicants must be original Jakarta citizen.
