👑 Job Role

We are looking for 4 or more self driven individual to grow our customer base in Malaysia and South East Asia, there are 2 different positions in career direction; digital marketing and direct customer contact. In the digital marketing, candidates are expected to have good working understanding of digital marketing especially on SEO and SEM. For direct customer contact, this is outbound position and we are looking for candidates that have proven experience in engaging customers and abilities to meet sales target set for them. In both career directions, this is a rewarding position for candidates that meet all the ticks.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Development Role

  • Build and maintain prospects, customers and accounting partner channels database
  • Develop new channels and manage current distribution partners
  • Sales engagement and closing deals with new and existing customers
  • Prepare quotation and proposal for customer

Digital Marketer Role

  • Develop marketing collaterals
  • Develop and execute offline and digital marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Organize marketing events to promote products and create business awareness
  • Prepare Script and work closely with in-house designer

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Formulate and document product positioning and go-to-market plans
  • Develop and implement management processes and reporting
  • Develop and document business and/or sales and marketing plan
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned#LI-REMOTE

⛩️ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in business development and/or digital marketing roles.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., FreshSales) is preferred.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
