Job Description

• Identifying, developing, and reaching out to new customers and businesses.
• Consulting potential clients and providing solutions to every case.
• Develop and assist the sales team in carrying out online and offline client activities.
• Meeting deadlines and completing tasks assigned by line manager.
• Any other Sales-related tasks when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s (S1) degree
• Has knowledge of air and ocean transports
• Having experience of working in a forwarding industry as a salesperson or customer service staff is preferable
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and motivated
• Outgoing and eager to learn new things
• Good at both spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Able to work individually or in a team.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Workplace: Sunter, North Jakarta
