The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Responsible for acquiring social institutions, NGO or organizations and other related partners to Dole's platform.
Seek out new partners by developing opportunities through networking, cold calling, and seminars to generate prospects.
Lead presentation to C-level audiences.
Design and negotiate best coverage terms, conditions, and pricing.
Meet minimum call, appointment, and presentation frequency expectations as outlined and agreed to.
Willing to work outside the office (field).
Carry out monitoring & target review.
Maintain a good relationship with the clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and five years of prior successful acquisition sales experience preferred.
Proficiency in using Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and Ms. Office.
Comprehensive understanding of how social institutions products are presented, described, financed, purchased, and delivered.
Proven ability to influence organization decision makers i.e. principals/owners, chief executives, chief financial officers, human resources management, etc. to partners with Dole.
Extensive knowledge partnerships and acquisition of Social Institutions or related partners work.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong ability to communicate complex concepts to staff members and C-level customers.
Ability to plan work strategically by locating and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to source Social Institutions which haven’t been exposed to online presence.
