Commercial Finance Manager

Description

• Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and evaluate budget and forecast variances.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
• Evaluate market trends and consumer behaviour to uncover revenue growth opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for presentation to senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and providing actionable recommendations to achieve financial targets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and offer guidance.
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure financial strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.

Profile

Candidates will be shortlisted based on the criteria below:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related-field; MBA or CPA preferred
• At least 8 years of working experience in similar roles
• Broad understanding of business processes, process auditing and internal control concepts
• Strong analytical skills necessary to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and highly driven overcome challenges
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
• High level of ethics and integrity

This position is located in Jakarta and is open only to Indonesian nationals due to government regulations.
