• Brand Advocacy - Authentic, engaged and active on brand.
• Positively representing C+C&Co on a multitude of platforms wherever possible.
• Good command of English and able to converse in English.
• Supervising the day-to-day matters of the projects.
• Assisting in creative and strategic marketing communications approaches in answering brief.
• Understanding the ideas of artworks produced by the team.
• Participate in managing and supervising timeline for the projects (internally).
• Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team.
• Producing meticulous and creative outcomes ideas and management for the assigned projects.
• Assisting in internal administrative matters such as: Prepare contracts and process documents, maintain financial control across all sub-disciplines, track vendor payments and variations.
• Demonstrable ability to understand and improve existing processes and procedures while assisting in monitoring and report on team and vendor performance.
• Supports the tracking of all contracts, renewals and billing for the region.
• Craft storyboard for video filming and curating of publications, digital/social/editorial content.

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum 1 – 2 year experience working in design agencies of various disciplines ranging from copywriting, brand development, and/or work area either marketing or managerial based.
• Familiarity with marketing communications and design.
• Good understanding in communications designing according the brief's challenges and market's needs.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
• Great visual eye and focus on details.
• Have an affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics.
• Good knowledge in design softwares and understanding of design principles.
• Able to develop simple and elegant ideation approaches to design problems.
• Possesses a good leadership ability.
