Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 1-2 years experience in community marketing and/or event management.
2. Graduate from communication, journalism, marketing, psychology or related field may be required
3. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
4. Experience planning and leading community initiatives
5. Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
6. Strong writing and verbal communication skills
7. Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
8. Have good interpersonal skills.
9. Experience with user acquisition, growth marketing, and community engagement strategies.

Job Descriptions :

1. Develop, execute, monitor and evaluate student and alumni activation.
2. Develop and maintain student and alumni referral program.
3. Work collaboratively with the team to craft, execute, monitor and evaluate activation that's relevant to the student and alumni.
4. Conduct strategic partnership with companies and external communities that are beneficial for the company, internal and external community.
5. Engage with students & alumni through social media, communication platforms and activities.
6. Manage administrative documents related to students and alumni for career support and activation.
7. Actively monitor and respond to community feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
8. Liaise with other departments to ensure all activities are running well.
9. Conduct regular research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and adjust community strategies accordingly.
