What will I be doing? 

As the Korean Speaking Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

1. Attend and involve in depart m ental m eetings and shift briefing.
2. Maintain t h e clea n line s s of the work area and w o rk equipment's .
3. Conduct check in and check out process with efficient m anner especially for Korean  Guests and other nationality will be optional.
4. Able to m ake recom m endations of facilities and s ervi c es requested by the guest.
5. Ful f illed g u est needs a n d fo llow up with any re q u ests.
6. Recognize HHonors me m bers and frequent stays , as well as fa m iliar with the HHonors progra m s
7. Prepared for next day arrival such as registration card, guests benefit, room key etc and  do preparation for next day departure.
8. Handle Hiccups and ensure of guest satisfaction at all ti m e, as well as c om m unicate it with Guest Relations Captain or Asst. Mgr.
9. Make guest roo m reservations with utilizing up-sell for the revenue m axi m ize.
10. Fully understand of e m ergency procedures.
11. Manage room m oves whenever necessary wit h t h e assi s tance of Guest Service Officer
12. Handling cash tran s acti o ns including cash floats and foreign exchange.
13. Assu m e other duties assigned by Guest Relations Captains and Guest Relations Manager
14. To develop and m aintain a high level of c o mmunication with all depart m ents and pro m ote goodwill b y being courteous, frien d ly and helpful to all g u ests, superi o r and fell o w team m e m b er .
15. Responsible for working tools always available for operational and maintain working area clean and tidy.
16. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
17. In delivering services always in line with the Brand Standard and Operating Philosophy.

A Guest Relations Officer - Korean serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviour, skills, and values that follow: 

• Minimum of 2 years as a Guest Relation - Korean Speaker in the hospitality Industry.  

• University graduate / hotel management / hotel school diploma 

• Neat in appearance and in good health. 

• Good communication skills. 

• Pleasing, charming, honest, possess a sense of humor, have the right attitude and is physically fit. 

• Have a good command over verbal and written Korean and English language to meet business needs.  

• A basic knowledge on any additional foreign languages will be advantageous.
