- Produce ideas & written content for a variety of mediums like social media (daily posting), campaign ideas, website, E-comm etc.
- Preferably have previous experience in the milk category. Experience in CPG, baby products or baby care will be a plus.
- Have a solid portfolio of work done across various categories and brands.
- Agency experience is a must.
- At least 2 years of leadership role managing and leading a team within an agency setup or a brand in-house team would be a plus.
- Should be willing to thrive in a fast paced work environment and meet all deadlines.
- Should be okay sitting out of the client’s office and have the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders in the brand team in order to be a dependable brand custodian.
- Bonus points for the ability to create short format videos/reels/shorts.
- Must be able to leverage modern AI tools to improve efficiency and overall quality of work. JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor of Graphic Designer or equivalent
- Having spent at least 4-6 years in an advertising agency (Mandatory) and working on known brands and integrated campaigns, including digital.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Have a solid portfolio of work done across various categories and brands.
