Job Description:

• Manage and lead Corporate IT teams to deliver stable and solutive IT solutions
• Ensure that the day-to-day IT operations running smoothly for all offices and warehouses and provide excellent IT support for employees
• Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability
• Design, develop, and implement Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery strategy
• Proactively manage and report on project status, deliverables, risks, and issues while working closely with multiple stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and act as a liaison between IT and business teams
• Manage IT assets & inventories, IT procurement, budgeting, and cost control
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset across the team by providing continuous support, training, coaching, and mentorship to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
• Extensive experience in developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting, and change management
• Experience in establishing, implementing, and running day-to-day operations
• Ability to lead and manage remote teams in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Passionate about the development of clearly-defined and optimised operational environments
• Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in Palo Alto, Cisco, and other network appliances.
• Prior experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc.
• Familiar with setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as firewalls, switches, IP phones, wireless controllers and access points
• Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge of Linux server administration, ITSM tools, and frameworks
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially when it comes to directly addressing user issues with the software, hardware, and servers.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with stakeholders
