Country Manager / General Manager

Anytime Fitness Asia is seeking an experienced General Manager / Country Manager to lead our expansion and operations in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction, growth, and performance of our brand within the country. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Anytime Fitness's presence and market share in Indonesia.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring their success and adherence to brand standards.
• Navigate the regulatory and business environment of Indonesia, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Drive marketing and sales initiatives to increase membership and brand visibility.
• Oversee financial performance, setting budgets, and financial forecasts to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Country Manager, preferably in the fitness, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards success.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, including regulatory, commercial, and cultural aspects.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
