Country Manager General Manager

This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction growth and performance of our brand within the country. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Anytime Fitnesss presence and market share in Indonesia.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve business goals fostering a culture of excellence accountability and teamwork.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees ensuring their success and adherence to brand standards.
• Navigate the regulatory and business environment of Indonesia ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Drive marketing and sales initiatives to increase membership and brand visibility.
• Oversee financial performance setting budgets and financial forecasts to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Country Manager preferably in the fitness retail or hospitality industries.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards success.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian market including regulatory commercial and cultural aspects.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a handson approach to tackling challenges and seizing opportunities.
