Job Purpose : 

Data Warehouse Manager main objective is to ensure efficient data management, development, and maintenance of high-quality data infrastructure. Data Warehouse Manager responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of reliable data storage systems, as well as ensuring timely data integrity, availability, and security to support effective business decision-making.

Data Warehouse Manager responsibility to Design, build, and maintain Data Management Solution for all organization unit under MODENA by implementing Data Warehouse System and Business Intelligence Tools to produce Dashboard and Report Analytics used by organization as business information, and decision analysis. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Data Warehouse Development and Implementation

• Design Data Warehouse Architecture and build end-to-end data process (ETL) for all Business Entities under MODENA with modern and up-to-date data architecture.

Maintain & Design Data Management Solution :

• Maintain Internal and External Data Structure continuously to support business requirements.
• Implement High Scalability Enterprise Data Warehouse to support business growth and expansion.
• Design Data Models, define both logical and physical models

Data Quality Management

• Ensure high data quality by implementing standardized data management practices, including data quality monitoring, data cleansing, and metadata maintenance.
• Perform Queries and Analysis and often contain large amounts of historical data

Develop Dashboard & Report

• Create Standard Dashboard and Report using BI Tools to be consumed by stakeholders for business information and decision analysis

Manage Team member under Data Warehouse Section

• Coaching and equipping team under Data Warehouse Architect with technical and soft competencies required to support business growth and expansion.
• Maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of Data Warehouse Architect Section
• Build culture of CAN: Customer-Obsessed, Agility, and Innovation among the Data Warehouse Architect Team
• Lead and develop the Data Warehouse team, providing guidance, training, and support needed to achieve department goals.

Coordination with others department

• Build good communication and relation between internal departments under IT Group and cross-functional departments as well.
• Coordinate with business analysts to understand user needs, provide necessary data access, and support data reporting and analysis processes.

Project Management 

• Manage all project and work plan under Data Warehouse Architect, ensure all tasks are delivered according to schedule plan

Data Security

• Manage data security policies, implement appropriate access controls, and ensure compliance with relevant data security regulations and standards.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree's or Master's degree Minimum Education & graduated from reputable university majoring Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology
• Have minimum of 5 years' experience as Data Warehouse Manager or Similar Position
• Have a strong analytical thinking.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new things
