About the role:

Baltini is looking for an experienced Digital Media Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing a strategic digital media plan that enhances Baltini's brand presence, engages with our fashion-forward audience, and drives e-commerce sales. With a strong understanding of the fashion industry, the Digital Media Manager will lead a team of specialists in paid media, partnerships, SEO, and social media to craft compelling digital campaigns that resonate with our target market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Baltini’s comprehensive digital media strategy to support our e-commerce objectives and brand goals.
  • Produce and distribute engaging, fashion-focused content for Baltini’s website and social media channels, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance data to gauge effectiveness and inform future strategies, utilizing advanced analytics tools for deep insights.
  • Engage actively with our audience across social media and other online platforms, fostering a vibrant and interactive community.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, public relations, and product teams to ensure a unified and cohesive digital media presence that supports overall business objectives.
  • Manage and allocate the digital media budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact on campaign and initiative success.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the digital media and fashion e-commerce sectors, applying best practices to Baltini’s strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of digital media professionals and contractors, setting clear goals and expectations to drive team performance.

⛩️ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media management, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the fashion industry or related fields.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital media strategies in a retail or ecommerce context.
  • Deep understanding of content creation, distribution strategies, and audience engagement tactics for digital platforms.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush, to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring a team and collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital media trends and consumer behavior in the fashion e-commerce sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently, with a focus on achieving ROI from digital campaigns.
