That’s what makes us Roche.  In this role, you'll become a strategic partner to our distributors, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to unlock new market opportunities and ensure seamless operations. You'll play a key role in driving sales excellence and building lasting relationships within the distribution network. Your Opportunity

Excellence in Business Partner / Distribution Management:

• Manage all distributor relationships and activities to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Oversee distributor onboarding, performance, transitions, and ensures clear communication.
  

Channel Development:

• Identify and evaluates new distribution channels for market expansion.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and optimizes distributor coverage.
  

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor threats in the distribution landscape.
  

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Set and monitors distributor sales targets.
• Develop pricing strategies and manages distributor margins.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless distribution and revenue generation.
  

Distributor Training / Distributor Academy:

• Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge and compliance.
• Track and maintain training completion records.
  

Performance Metrics:

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure distribution effectiveness.
• Evaluate distributor due diligence ratings
  .

Distributor Audits and Compliance:

• Assist with annual distributor audits and ensures follow-through on findings.
  

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work with internal teams to align distribution strategies with business goals.
• Provide distributor feedback for marketing, service improvements, and inventory management.
• Prepare reports on distributor performance, sales, market trends, and pricing.

Who you are

• 3 years of experience in distribution channel management, sales, or a related field

• Experience in the Healthcare Industry and MNCs will be an added advantage

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of the distribution channel business

• Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and distribution strategies

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

• Possess analytical skills to analyze key performance indicators and to understand business requirements
