We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Supervisor in Jakarta focusing on electric plugs. This role requires a proficient English speaker with a strong background in sales capable of navigating the competitive landscape of ecommerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets towards success in a dynamic market environment. Key

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales setting sales goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
• Spearhead the promotion and sales of electric plugs ensuring alignment with company standards and market demands.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Report on sales results forecast future sales and formulate effective growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales especially in handling electric plugs product.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape and digital sales strategies.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Datadriven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
