Engineer - Planning

Eram Talent, an independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy and a division of ERAM Group, is seeking a highly motivated and competent Planning Engineer to join our client in the Oil & Gas industry. As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing project schedules, coordinating with project team members, and ensuring the timely delivery of work in accordance with project timelines. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure project timelines are met and resources are utilized effectively.
• Proactively identify project risks or issues and develop contingency plans to minimize potential impacts.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize project management software and tools to support planning and scheduling activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Prior experience as a Planning Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum of 8+ Years of relevant Work Experience.
• Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
