Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements
• Prepare cost estimates and bids for construction and engineering projects
• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to gather information and input needed for accurate estimates
• Conduct site visits and evaluations to gather necessary data for estimating purposes
• Review and analyze project risks, constraints, and contingencies
• Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and construction methods

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in estimation engineering
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
