The tire ranges from GT Radial tires and tubes, Kenda motorcycle tires and tubes, Unioil, Universal Oil, and Mobil1 motor lubricants. As the only main distributor of GT Radial and Kenda in Bali, we offer our customer the best product at the best price. We also offer the service of spooring, balancing, and nitrogen pumping on site. The company was founded on 4 January 1964 . About this position The Finance & Administration Senior Supervisor at PT Tokohero Bali Nusa is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative functions within the company. This includes managing budgets, financial reporting, payroll, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position reports directly to the Administration & Finance Manager and plays a key role in supporting the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the finance and administration team at PT Centralhero Manunggal
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability
  • Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve business performance
  • Supervise inventory management and procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and administration
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
