Job Descriptions:
• Developing and managing the accounting and finance departments of the entities in Indonesia.
• Developing and managing the monthly financial and Board reporting of the entities in Indonesia.
• Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports
• Measuring company performance against external and internal benchmarks
• Developing Managing annual budgets and forecasts
• Ensuring compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations
• Overseeing Treasury and Taxation functions
• Managing external banking relationships
• Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures & policies as per the PSAK / IFRS etc
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place
• Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis
etc
• Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
• Solving technical accounting issues
• Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks
• Oversee Financial Systems and external providers of systems management and system upgrades
• Team Management including mentoring and staff development
• Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential
risk areas and forecast opportunities
• Develop, support, and maintain close coordination with Group Finance team to align
expectations and deliverables.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years accounting experience out of which 3 years in Big 4 firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG).
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements, Budgets, Forecasts and BOD Reporting
• Ability to motivate and lead teams
• Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
• Results oriented and metrics driven
• Exceptional time management and able to solve problems
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to
communicate and manage staff at all levels
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and
dependability
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Confident to present results to an audience
• Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills
• Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking
• Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software like Oracle.
• Bachelors or Masters qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA
• Experience of working in Healthcare Sector.
• Having Tax Brevet A & B is highly preferred
• Willing to based in Bandung (HQ)
