• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with our strategic objectives and foster sustainable growth
• Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to provide actionable insights to teh Management
• Lead the charge in optimizing our financial operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing scalable solutions
• Manage cash flow to support operational needs and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational initiatives and drive efficiency and profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform our financial strategy and mitigate risks
• Supervise the General Affairs team, ensuring the seamless management of facility operations, office services, and vendor relationships for optimal efficiency

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred
• 3+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex financial data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
