• Brand Advocacy - Authentic, engaged and active on brand.

• Creation and production of artworks.
• Be a part of discussion and creative brainstorming.
• Assisting in training the Junior Visual Designers.
• Assisting in strategic design approaches in answering brief.
• Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team.
• Work with the Senior members to develop learning programmes.
• Producing meticulous and creative outcomes for the assigned projects.

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum 1 – 3 years experience working in design agencies of various disciplines ranging from digital imaging, illustrations, branding and/or packaging.
• Familiarity with print and digital applications.
• Good understanding in designing according the the briefs challenges and market's needs.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English (having a TOEFL / IELTS certificate is a plus).
• Great visual eye and focus on details.
• Have an affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics.
• Good knowledge in Adobe Ps, Ai and Id.
• An understanding and demonstration of user centered design principles.
• Able to develop simple and elegant design approaches to design problems.
