About the Job

The Head of Finance plays a multifaceted and important role within an organization, combining leadership, strategic partnership, and financial expertise to drive team performance and drive business growth to achieve company sustainability.

Financial Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and profitability targets.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency improvements to drive profitability.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards financial goals and drive continuous improvement.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify key drivers of profitability, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial audit and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Finance Business Partner

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial expertise and insights to support business growth initiatives and achieve profitability targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and maximize return on investment.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive individual and team success.

Tax Management

  • Oversee all aspects of tax compliance ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct tax risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate tax-related risks.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tax processes.

Financial Ops and Audit

  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing with no delay or error.
  • Manage audit process to ensure smooth process, outstanding result and comply with the regulation.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  2. Minimum of 2-4 years of advisory experience at a Big 4 firm, with a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic planning
  3. At least 6 years of experience in a hyper-growth company, demonstrating a track record of driving profitability and achieving financial goals in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proven ability to drive team performance and build high-performing finance teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable strategies and initiatives that support business growth and profitability.
