• Develop and deliver strategic vision for all product functions.
• Oversee the entire portfolio and product roadmap.
• Interact with executives to align product strategy with overall business goals.
• Manage resources and budgets for all product functions.
• Advocate and drive innovation within the product team.

⛩️ Requirements

• At least 4-5 years in product management, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience owning a product: from defining the requirements to launching the MVP and iterating based on customer feedback, you've been the driving force behind a product.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss data structures, algorithms, and relevant technologies. Must be able to make informed decisions regarding the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, such as AWS Bedrock to support the platform's objectives
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on driving results, fostering collaboration, and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Ability to grasp market dynamics, identify customer needs, and align product strategies accordingly.
• A genuine passion for transforming education and leveraging technology to accelerate learning outcomes.
• Having technical expertise, sales experience, or founding a business is a plus
