Job summary
Head of Sales (Vaccine) position Responsible for leading field sales teams Objective is to establish GSK as the customer's key partner and advisor
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Build knowledge of GSK corporate, business, and brand strategies • Leverage scientific and medical knowledge to support customer engagements • Develop cross-functional region business plans • Drive effective implementation of business plans • Coach and develop FLSLs leadership and sales capability • Improve selling capabilities • Inspire FLSLs and drive alignment of objectives, strategies, and tactics • Regularly track performance and take corrective actions • Use feedback to fuel continuous improvement
