● Proficient in English communication verbally and in written and can communicate and present idea to our multinational team.
● Has experience working in start up that require you to be independent and take initiative.
● Proven experience in sales of minimum 7+ years in Retail, Finance or FMCG.
● Experience in setting KPIs, milestones, methodologies and strategy for the sales team.
● Experience in reporting results, insights and sales data via various dashboards.
● Hands-on skills with major CRMs and other Sales SaaS.
● Previous experience in evaluating team performance.
● Experience with all Buyers/Reseller/Agents, especially with a good connection with micro, small, medium size stores, (MSMEs).
● Creative mind and ready to get hand dirty to bring significant growth.
Job Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
● Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
● Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
● Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
● Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
● Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
