About the Project

Contract Package CP 205: Railway Systems from Bundaran HI to Kota, including Substation System, Overhead Contact System, Power Distribution System, Signalling System, Telecommunication System, Facility SCADA, Platform Screen Doors, modification to the existing equipment installed in the existing OCC at Lebak Bulus Depot (Phase 1) and the existing stations/train sets (Phase-1), and Track Work, including associated systems/subsystems for 3.800m (approx.) of twin tube tunnels, approx. 2.050m (approx.) of cut and cover tunnel structure, 7 underground stations together with 1 receiving sub-station and 2 traction sub-stations.

About the role

We are looking for a HSE Surveyor for MRT CP205 Project

Responsibilities

1. Safety supervisor will be responsible for the overall safety and security of a production or workplace, and for enforcing regulations and protocols.
2. Report to OSH manager and assist him in day-to-day works in OSH and Environmental matters.
3. Need to ESG initiatives and develop Safety culture as per Company and MRTJ policy.
4. Organize Toolbox talks, safety training and orientations for workers and reiterate disciplinary measures and policies during meetings.
5. Ensure PPEs and inform procurement team for PPE delivery beforehand.
6. Compliance of any Safety NCR raised by customer.
7. Take permits before starting of work and movement in Phase-1 section, close coordination with O&M team of MRTJ for the same.
8. Preparing and help OSH manager to prepare Monthly reports.
9. Support the Interface Manager for safe Access management with proper record keeping.
10. Apply safety certification in different safety councils like British council etc.
11. Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment and do periodic hazard analysis

Location & Commitments

• Full-time Permanent Work
• 9AM to 6PM (WIB) 5 days/week
• Location-Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia

Candidate requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
• Certification course on Fire Safety, ESG will be preferable.
• 10+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in the Railway industry. Working in tunnel will be advantageous.
• Relevant certifications, such as from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
• Conversational to Business English and Indonesian Bahasa proficiency.
• Computer Literacy & Ms. Office.
