Human Resource Operation Lead

Industrial & Employee Relations (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Develop strategies to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other departments on HR-related matters.
• Manage the HRIS system, including system administration, data management, and reporting.
• Implement and maintain HRIS updates, enhancements, and integrations to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner collaborate with product team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee personal and employment files.
• Maintain HR SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance across all HR processes.
• Conduct regular reviews of SOPs to identify areas for improvement and update them accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in HR operations management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Min 4 years of working experience in related position
