Industrial and Employee Relation Lead

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to promote positive relationships between koltiva and employees. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and allegations of misconduct, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution. 
• Interpret and apply relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance. 
• Develop policies and procedures related to industrial and employee relations. 
• Represent the organization in negotiations with employee representatives, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in bipartite session and external related parties.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law 
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English 
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills in managing stakeholders
• Min 4 years of working experience in related position
