IT Architecture & Technology Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with IT Director and other IT Managers by providing recommendations regarding the technological aspects of a business, particularly its security, software application, IT infrastructure and business plans.
• Ensure IT Architecture & Technology compliance to set rules and regulations in IT Division.
• Analyze requirement of new or updated security systems, software application, and infrastructure architecture in high-level process.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Manager in developing strategic projects, designing and maintaining computer networks including creating high-level strategic project to model and test network plans prior to implementation .
• Find the best technology among all possible solution to solve existing business problems.
• Research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all application architecture and development effort.
• Describe the structure, characteristics, behaviour, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.
• Define features, phases, and solution requirements in high-level project or processes.
• Provide technological specifications to define, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Liasing with other unit in IT to ensure all IT projects works well, especially regarding management of limited resources limitations, such as: technology, risks, scope, cost, quality, time, and other resources.
• Setting the collaboration framework, creating a solution prototype, and involving in technology selection.
• Designing and maintaining data architecture in high-level process and make sure it aligns with business need in coordination with IT Enterprise Data Management department.
• Lead and develop IT Architecture & Technology team and provide coaching (if needed).
• Work together with IT Managers to give recommendation in maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network and datacentre administrations.
• Manage vendor relationships with service providers and technology manufacturers.
• Collaborate with various managers and other IT personnel to improve existing processes, increase automation and meet product development goals.

Management Support Activities:

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.

o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time

concern, effort and cost).

o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.

o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor. Education Requirement:• Minimum Bachelor’ Degree (S1) in Computer Studies

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Supervisory Level, or
• Minimum 7 years working experience in Information Technology, particularly in IT infrastructure/ database/ application
