- Strategically planning the project, team management, and overseeing project implementation
- Ensuring the project achieves its goals, managing resources, and mitigating risks to achieve project success within the specified time and budget constraints
- Making sure on the overall project, plan, requirements, budget, acceptance, and timeline
- Developing project plans, allocating resources, and defining objectives while managing the project team by leading, overseeing, and motivating the team, ensuring effective collaboration between departments
- Monitoring and control involve tracking project progress, addressing issues, and managing risks to achieve project goals
⛩️ Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or other related field
- 3+ years of hands-on in product management at a tech company, preferably in the financial services industry
- Fluency in speaking English (Mandarin ability will be a plus)
- A project delivery or technical leadership background and strong organizational and interpersonal skills
