Junior Education Manager

You will.....

• Lead the conception or adaptation of new education and training projects, understanding the market and being aware on what is happening.
• Create training guidelines to facilitate local initiatives and foster seasonal events (mainly for color and make-up axis)
• Monitor feedback (qualitative and quantitative) from the field on the projects
• Monitor budget and ROl
• Deliver in-class training
• Train, develop and animates field coaches/trainers
• On-board retailers BAs to our training method
• Foster relationship with international trainers
• Master international guidelines and brand standards, trends
• Develop internal trainers structure to new needs of L''Oréal and needs of retailers

You have.....

• Minimum hold a Bachelor degree
• Proficient in English
• 3 years minimum of experience in relevant field (Education/Training Executive) for beauty brands
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with a strong presence
• Analytical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
